How long does a typical engagement last?
1:1 executive coaching engagements run for a minimum of six months — as true transformation needs time. For team coaching and leadership programmes, timelines will vary depending on the complexity of outcomes you are seeking.
Do you work with individuals or organisations?
Both. Individuals can self-refer for executive coaching. Organisations typically engage us for team coaching, leadership development, or consultancy — though we also work with organisations sponsoring individual coaching.
Where do sessions take place?
We work in person and virtually with clients across the UK and internationally. Clients often choose a blend of both depending on what's right for them and the organisation.
What does it cost?
